We are Tomer and Baran, co-founders of Point of New. Our journey began as a queer couple with the same job as coaches and German teachers. Our passion is to support people to communicate better, both in their native language as well as in German. We enjoy guiding people through and beyond barriers.
Story
Goal
Growing up with different cultures, we integrated into society experiencing first-hand what it means to be different. We strive to change that and make it easier for people to integrate. We have mastered the art of embracing the local culture while preserving our own uniqueness and identity and would like to show you how.
Strengths
As members of minority communities, we have faced discrimination in various forms in different situations, either for our ethnic backgrounds or for being part of the LGBTQIA+ community. These experiences have taught us to highlight our strengths: communicating positively, showing sensitivity and patience towards others, and engaging in active listening.
We both have a passion for empowering people to realize their heart's desires and to look at things differently. We are the ones who believe in you and your success.

Alongside empathy and respectful interaction, we employ provocation as a method to shift people's perspectives. By challenging established thought patterns, we present fresh perspectives as a catalyst for change, offering new avenues for transformation.
